As an awarded vendor through The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS-USA), Play Mart has successfully completed a competitive procurement process that allows participating organizations to purchase from us through an established cooperative purchasing contract, helping save valuable time while maintaining procurement compliance.

What is TIPS-USA?

TIPS (The Interlocal Purchasing System) is a nationally recognized purchasing cooperative administered by Region 8 Education Service Center in Texas. The organization provides competitively solicited contracts that public entities and qualifying nonprofit organizations can use instead of conducting their own lengthy bid process, where permitted by state and local regulations.

Membership is available at no cost to eligible organizations, including:

  • School districts and charter schools
  • Colleges and universities
  • Cities, counties, and municipalities
  • Park and recreation departments
  • State agencies
  • Libraries
  • Churches and qualifying nonprofit organizations
