I volunteer on my HOA to maintain our park playground which was purchased from Play Mart many years ago. I mainly have dealt with warranty repairs and they have been very responsive overall.

Recently, Ryan Williams has been my contact and has made things very easy for me. When I sent photos, he completed the warranty claim for me rather than pointing me to the link to do it myself, which I appreciated. The next time, I made sure to follow their process to save them a few steps. The playground has held up overall, just hitting a maintenance year, but everything so far has been fixable and within my skillset.
