Standing Behind our Equipment Since 1980!

LIMITED 100 YEAR WARRANTY on RSP COMPONENTS including POSTS, DECKS, BRIDGES, RSP BORDERS and RAILINGS under normal use and proper maintenance against structural failure due to corrosion, deterioration or weathering; not subjected to vandalism, negligence or acts of God. This warranty does not include moderate warping.
LIMITED 15 YEAR WARRANTY on STAINLESS STEEL HARDWARE and PLASTIC BORDERS under normal use and proper maintenance against structural failure due to corrosion, deterioration or weathering; not subjected to vandalism, negligence or acts of God.
LIMITED 10 YEAR WARRANTY on STEEL COMPONENTS and WOOD BORDERS against structural failure due to corrosion, rotting or deterioration. This warranty does not include moderate warping.
LIMITED 3 YEAR WARRANTY on all POLYETHYLENE SLIDES, ENCLOSURES and other PLASTIC COMPONENTS, BOUNCY ANIMALS (not including springs), TROLLEYS and SWING HANGERS against structural failure due to weathering, deterioration or manufacturing defects.
LIMITED FIRST YEAR WARRANTY on MOVING PARTS and all other MATERIALS not mentioned above for one year from the date of the signed Warranty Registration and Safety Certification against structural failure or manufacturing defects.

• The above warranties are valid only if the structures are erected in conformity with the layout plan and/or installation instructions provided by PMI; have been maintained and inspected in accordance with PMI’s instructions; have not been subjected to addition or substitution of parts; and have not been modified, altered, or repaired by persons other than PMI or PMI’s designees in cooperation with installers.
• The above mentioned warranties do not include any cosmetic issues, scratches, dents, marring, moderate warping, fading or discoloration.
• Damage resulting from vandalism, misuse, negligence, accidents or acts of God are not covered by this warranty.
• Warranties apply from the date of signed Warranty Registration and Safety Certification.
• To make warranty claim: complete a Warranty Claim Form. Attach copy of the original invoice, signed copy of Warranty Registration - Safety Certification and photographic evidence of damage or return damaged part. Warranty applies to original purchasing agent only and does not include equipment moved or reinstalled at a new location without Play Mart’s written consent and cooperation.
• Service to upgrade equipment is available at current prices. Please call to request a safety audit or Repair Policy Form.
• Moving equipment: ASTM and CPSC guidelines mandate that any equipment moved must be upgraded to meet current safety standards. For continued warranty protection, Play Mart reserves the right to upgrade Play Mart play systems.
• Installation or labor is not included in replacement of warranty parts. Shipping is not included after first year on warranty parts.
• Restocking: Play Mart will restock play equipment in re-usable condition for a 20% fee + shipping.

Maintenance checks at regular intervals are the responsibility of the purchasing agents (see maintenance forms in Customer Pack).

NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLY. THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY OTHER THAN EXPRESSLY STATED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

EFFECTIVE: September 1, 2004

Play Mart reserves the right to improve and upgrade our equipment, designs, specifications & materials without notice.
